Frequently Asked Questions about Online Booking
If this is your first visit to The Owl Cove, please call the salon to make your appointment. We will discuss the services you need and find an appointment that will allow the proper amount of time for the services rendered. If you book an appointment online for the wrong service, we may not be able to accommodate you when you arrive. To avoid scheduling conflicts, please speak to someone at the salon to get your first appointment set up.
Certain color services take longer than others. These include: corrective color, double process color, full head of hairpainting/balayage, half head of hairpainting/balayage and specialty color like ombre, shadowroot, or rainbow colors. These services are NOT available for online booking. We ask that you call the salon to schedule these appointments. If you're unsure about which service you'd like to receive, you can always schedule a complimentary consultation in which the stylist can go over your options, tell you the amount of time required, and give you an accurate price quote.
We now offer two amazing keratin treatments. These are also not available for online booking. We prefer a client to come in for a consultation so we can assess your hair, recommend the right treatment, give you a price quote and tell you how much time your service will take.
We also require an in-person consultation before corrective color will be scheduled.
