Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash as well as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Q: Can I add a gratuity to my credit card transaction?
A: Unfortunately we can only accept gratuities in cash, check or Venmo.
Q: What should I do if I'm running late for my appointment?
A: Please call the salon as soon as you can. We can typically accommodate clients who are up to 15 minutes late. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule you. If you happen to be late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service time may be shortened.
Q: What happens if I no show an appointment?
A: We will allow you to reschedule but you will need a credit card to hold the appointment. You will be charged 100% of the service before your appointment, which will cover the cost of service that day. If you no show, there will be no refunds.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We require 24 hour notice for cancelling appointments.
Q: Where should I park?
A: We have a parking lot directly behind the salon as well as ample free street parking on Broad Street.
